Approximately 1,850 feet of Mango Road is paved, and the remaining 7,100 feet of the road is unpaved. This project would include making improvements to the paved section of the roadway and its intersection with Calhoun Road, as well as upgrading and paving the gravel portion of the road.

Status Updates
10.21.2025 - Anticipating award in December 2025 for Phase One. Includes widening, realignment, traffic signal at Old Calhoun and ROW acquisition. Phase Two includes alignment and surface treatment from school driveway to Wayside Road.
9.23.2025 - RFP for construction documents in progress with tentative date of November posting. Fieldwork and design with goal of project ready to bid in Fall 2026.
