Proposed Hangar Location

Construction of a 170x80 corporate hangar large enough to house a 2 large jet or turbo prop aircraft.

Rome, Floyd and the surrounding counties will benefit from this corporate hangar. The airport is a "Regional" Airport and brings revenue to all surrounding counties from the aircraft that fly into Russell Regional Airport. Having a hangar or building available to transient aircraft will allow for marketing of the hangar for potential business or make it attractive for overnight aircraft and its owners.
