Logan's Law - Special Needs Information for 911 Centers
O.C.G.A. § 38-3-182(f)(9) tasks the Georgia Emergency Communications Authority to assist 911 centers with their locally managed processes to be regarded as Logan’s List. Assistance provided includes guidance on collecting, storing, retrieving, and disseminating information voluntarily submitted to a 911 center about individuals with a physical, mental, or neurological condition that may impede their ability to communicate with any law enforcement officer or emergency responder.
