KEY DATES + IMPORTANT INFORMATION

May 19, 2026, GENERAL PRIMARY & NONPARTISAN ELECTION
 

EARLY VOTING for the general primary & nonpartisan election will be held Monday, April 27 through Friday, May 15.

WEEKDAY VOTING will be held at three locations:

• Anthony Recreation Center, 2901 Garden Lakes NW Blvd., Rome, GA 30165
• Thornton Recreation Center, 102 N. Floyd Park Rd., Rome, GA 30165
• Floyd County Election office, 18 E. 12^th St., Rome, GA 30161

SATURDAY + SUNDAY VOTING will only be held at the Elections office.

WEEKDAY VOTING (MONDAY-FRIDAY) @ 8AM – 5PM
Anthony Recreation Center, Thornton Recreation Center, or Election Center

APRIL 27 – MAY 1 @ 8AM – 5PM
MAY 4 – MAY 8 @ 8AM – 5PM
MAY 11 – MAY 15 @ 8AM – 5PM

SATURDAY + SUNDAY VOTING – ELECTION CENTER ONLY

SATURDAY, MAY 2 @ 9AM – 5PM
SATURDAY, MAY 9 @ 9AM – 5PM
SUNDAY, MAY 10 @1PM – 5PM

*ELECTION DAY VOTING is Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Election Day voting is always held at your designated polling location/precinct.
